SPVG steals the show (again).
At the last Intersection Seminar, the SPVG was awarded two distinctions for its prevention initiatives.

It’s done: Igloofest has had its first edition in Gatineau! From February 13 to 15, the Place des Festivals Zibi was transformed into an icy dancefloor, welcoming over 13,000 festival-goers who braved storms and bitter cold to face winter in style.
We like to think that the Outaouais needs more daring concepts. We know that winter brings its share of doubts, but this first edition proved it: people want to live powerful experiences, whatever the season. Seeing so many festival-goers answer the call confirms that we’re on the right track.
Our experiential team had the chance to pilot the organization of the event alongside Multicolore, and it’s safe to say: our field and logistics teams rose to a major challenge! Bringing Igloofest to Gatineau to close out Winterlude was a gamble… and we’re proud of the result!
A huge thank you to all those who made it possible: Multicolore, Canadian Heritage, Ville de Gatineau, Tourisme Outaouais and the Ministère du Tourisme du Québec (MTO). And above all, thanks to the festival-goers for creating the crazy atmosphere that made this first edition such a success.

We don’t often take part in industry competitions, but this time we wanted to highlight our team’s hard work.
