Frédérique Dumont

After studying communications at the University of Ottawa and the University of Montreal, and spending five years at Tourisme Outaouais, Frédérique joined the Orkestra team more than 12 years ago. She has been with the company since the video production team was founded and has worked her way up to become a partner at the agency in 2021. A native of the Outaouais region, she took on the challenge of moving to the other side of Highway 50 to take the reins of Orkestra’s Montreal office.

Frede embodies discipline and determination. That’s why she’s right at the center of Orkestra’s complex ecosystem. On one hand, she manages the workflow to ensure that all projects run like clockwork, and on the other, she oversees human resources. She loves order, efficiency, and seeing the team excel. She hates chaos, half-hearted work, and easy excuses. It’s great to be a little crazy, but you also need someone who thinks of everything.
