Walid Jabri

A director and editor, Walid took the time to learn the craft the right way: a bachelor’s degree in film from Concordia, a stint at the Fantasia Film Festival, and about ten years of freelance editing and directing before joining our team in 2021. So let’s just say that by now, he’s got the technical side down pat.

But what really makes him invaluable to the team is that Walid is our geek who’s tuned into niche subcultures. He’s the antenna that picks up on what’s happening in the far corners of the web long before it becomes a trend. When something takes off somewhere, he already knows about it—and he already has an idea of how to adapt it for our projects. The result: video creations fueled by what’s happening right now, not by formulas from five years ago.
