We built ourselves a great line-up

Team and Careers

Halfway between a family, a cult and an incomparable team. Here, you take out the trash despite 20 years of experience and you have your say on projects from your first day. Taking ourselves too seriously, we leave that to others who take themselves for others. Interested?

Colin Laramée-Plouffe

Colin Laramée-Plouffe

President of the Republic

Colin has been president of one thing or another since he was 11. From his lemonade stand to his teams of technicians to his side of the table at Christmas parties, he likes being president. Period. That drive is probably what gave him the confidence to build a small team (of which he’s president) and quintuple his sales in just two years.

Copresident / Associate
Alex Van Dieren

Alex Van Dieren

General of All Kinds of Stuff

Alex is a master of straight talk. In fact, if you don’t like hearing the truth, you may not take to Alex. On the other hand, that’s probably the quality that explains why, every year, dozens of companies rely on him to develop their campaigns and plan their events. It’s easy to see Alex has a good head on his shoulders—it positively gleams!

Copresident / Associate
Dominic Faucher

Dominic Faucher

Emperor of Concepts

Unconventional in every respect, Dominic still hasn’t quite grasped the limits of our society. He likes to explore them by deliberately (or accidentally) causing public discomfort that forces people to adopt a new point of view. Unlike some, he can tell the difference between efficiency and bullshit. That’s all it took to persuade us to put him at the head of our creative army.

Creative Director / Associate
Frédérique Dumont

Frédérique Dumont

Queen of Production

When Frédérique takes on a project, the first step is to ensure that everyone is up to the standard of her organizational skills and sense of priorities. She’s the kind of woman who, in just a couple of weeks, will know more about you than you do yourself. She manages our video production, and from near or far, pretty much anything that can be managed. And for that we are deeply grateful.

Manager, Video Department / Associate
Sacha Lauzier-Bonnette

Sacha Lauzier-Bonnette

Grand Creative Magus

Hold onto your hat: Sacha belongs to that rare class of young professionals who know what they’re talking about. Up to date on just about everything, he finds time to devour a book a day to get a solid grounding in the concepts he presents to agency clients. Unlike some who are content with creating beautiful things, Sacha creates beautiful things that are also precise, strategic and functional. Your mission when it comes to Sacha: Be on top of things in your field, because he certainly will be in his.

Creative Director / Associate
Amélie Gauvreau

Amélie Gauvreau

Classy Manager

Some people are born in an entrepreneurial environment. Amélie probably invented the word “entrepreneur”. Looking for strength of character and drive? No problem, we’ll set up a meeting with Ms. Gauvreau. Believe us, she represents our clients as a lawyer would: nothing gets past her. If you want to thank her, be advised that she has a fondness for bubbly.

Account Executive
Justine Penaud

Justine Penaud

Director of Foreign Affairs

It seems that every self-respecting agency has someone from France on their team. Not to boast or anything, but we snagged the best. Justine is a super marathoner, and she applies the same discipline and dedication to every project she manages. Don’t be fooled by her cute little accent. She has a real French personality, and that’s good for all our clients, because nothing goes out until Madame is happy with it. And Madame has very high standards.

Account Executive
Christine Lajoie

Christine Lajoie

Mission Leader

She’s our multitasking queen. Imagine for a second that the client-agency relationship is a long flight. Christine plays the role of the pilot, the flight attendant and the engines on each side. Not only will she make sure your beverage is at perfect temperature, she’ll also avoid any zone of turbulence thanks to her flawless tact. Be warned: she loves mixing up expressions.

Account executive
Jonathan Crevier

Jonathan Crevier

Scholarly Artist

He’s the creative padre in our office. You see Rémi over there? Jo was changing his diapers when he started. His brain works like an artist and an engineer; there’s probably only MacGyver to understand how he thinks. Moreover, his daughter’s still not convinced that it’s for her he buys so much Lego.

Creative Director
David Julien

David Julien

Knight of the Brand

David is a quiet force at Orkestra. From within a loud and talkative team, he rises above the fray like a shining knight and hits the mark every time, especially in his innovative concepts for corporate branding. Actually, it’s almost as if your handyman uncle and your artist cousin were one and the same person.

Designer
Rémi Allen

Rémi Allen

Illustrator of Darkness

At first glance, he looks like the kind of biker who’d run over a litter of kittens without a backward glance, but deep down, he’s our sensitive artist. He just rides a Harley. Illustration, design, screen printing—the guy can handle just about anything. What’s important is talent and vision, never mind the tool you’re using. A family really suits you, Rémi.

Designer and Illustrator
Maxime Levesque

Maxime Levesque

Countess of Cyberspace

Maxime is the youngest and smallest member of our agency team. She’s also proof that you shouldn’t judge by appearances! She applies herself to her work with a maturity and creativity that quickly make you forget that she only recently got her driver’s licence. Passionate, you say? Put your devices in airplane mode, because she’s liable to send you creative flashes at all hours of the day or night. In fact, the only thing that will calm her down is an episode of Occupation Double.

Multimedia Designer
Bastien Collard

Bastien Collard

Overseas craftsman

Fresh off the boat from Belgium more than 2 years ago, Bastien has acclimatized to his host country in no time: poutine, microbreweries and improv matches. Spotted as an outstanding designer at the 2019 edition of Orkestra Camp, he told us with a confident look that this was his job interview. A couple days later, he was pouring his first espresso in our office. There’s only one thing: he pronounces WeTransfer ‘'Woo-ee-Transfer’’.

Designer
Camille Landry

Camille Landry

Winner of the 2018 Camp, Camille stands out for her contagious energy. She never needs coffee, does as much sport as an Olympian and delivers quality creations in industrial quantity. You just have to bring her back to Earth a few times, but for a creative, it's far from being a defect.

Designer
Gabriel Kennedy

Gabriel Kennedy

Never trust appearances. Gab is now the youngest in the agency… Sorry Maxime! Gab is a guy who likes to hide in the shadows of: his beard, his humour, his biking spandex suit. In short, he doesn't like to make waves EXCEPT when it’s time to show his work. That’s when he grabs the spotlight.

Designer
Jeannine Dederichs Gélinas

Jeannine Dederichs Gélinas

Mistress of Space

It doesn’t take long for people who don’t know Jeannine to embrace her (usually figuratively). A young artist of outstanding talent, at our agency she focuses on environmental design. She has the amazing ability to transform a warehouse into Disneyland, using two or three lights and a half-pint container of milk ... so imagine what she can do in a real work context. Jeannine is sure to surprise you, for many reasons.

Environmental Designer
Maxime Girard

Maxime Girard

Merchant of wonders

Maxime is our multi-talented director and is the equivalent of a Bruce Willis running towards explosions when it’s time to solve problems. In short, we didn't take long to go and offer him a after the 2019 Camp. You want him on your set because he’ll probably teach you how to solve a Rubik’s Cube between two shots.

Film Director
Arnaud Bourassa-Francoeur

Arnaud Bourassa-Francoeur

Prince of cyberspace

Arnaud collects two things: opinions and knowledge. Are they always useful? Far from it. But that's exactly what makes him an incredible asset around any table. He'll always come up with an obscure and fascinating reference that leads the discussion to strange and unexplored areas. And that is our job.

Specialist / Content marketing
Stéphanie Ducasse

Stéphanie Ducasse

Web Architect

Our residence geek is like her digital canvas: logical and sometimes chaotic. And that's a very good thing, because it takes someone like her to analyze your issues and provide solutions ahead of their time. But don't let her serious look intimidate you: she is very funny by nature.

Web Developer
Alex Tremblay

Alex Tremblay

Captain of Logistics

An event is stressful by definition, but it’s a lot less stressful when Alex is in charge. This isn’t his first rodeo: he’s managed the logistics team for events such as the Montebello Rockfest and the Navy Bike Ride. You read that right: he manages an event for the Royal Canadian Navy. We could go on, but we’ll let you judge for yourself when you meet him. Ah, and we apologize ahead of time for the puns.

Event Coordinator
Andréane Leblanc

Andréane Leblanc

Control Tower Operator

Once in a while, if you’re lucky, you run into a person with talent beyond their years. Andréane is in that prestigious category. You know how it is when you meet someone, and five minutes later you already trust them enough to lend them your cottage? Well, that’s why we’re confident about putting you in her hands.

Account Manager
Marie-Pier Lauzon

Marie-Pier Lauzon

Viking Vigilante

Marie-Pier will go down in history for several reasons: her flaming red hair, her boundless love of dogs, and her organizational ability. That third point may be less hot, but for us it’s the most important. It explains why this slip of a woman is assigned to so many of our projects, and why she goes through to-do lists like a hot knife through butter. And there you have it.

Account Manager
Nathalie Ann Garneau

Nathalie Ann Garneau

Governor General

Natalie Ann is the Cartesian of the gang; a real pro at targeting inconsistencies. It is said that her brain solves problems even when she’s fast asleep. Leave her in a quiet spot and she’ll decipher the Enigma code in less than a day. There’s a reason she’s called "ISO": nothing, absolutely nothing escapes her eagle vision.

Production Manager
Chantal Pagé

Chantal Pagé

Honourable Treasurer

You have to get up early to put one over on Chantale. Amidst our motley crew, she’s a solid and reassuring quasi-maternal presence. She ensures that everything is done according to the rules of our art. Yes, art … because we’re absolutely convinced that her Excel spreadsheets will end up in a museum one day.

Financial Controller
Mariepier Bastien

Mariepier Bastien

Maestro of Social Media

Your posts aren’t getting any Likes? Your reach could be greater? Your shares, comments, feeds, stories, and all that other social media stuff could use some love? Mariepier will take care of all that. Besides being a Swiss army knife of event logistics, she’s our secret weapon in online community management. We’re still wondering where she finds time to study for her doctorate.
