THESE ARE GREAT PEOPLE.

Team and Careers

Halfway between a family, a cult and an incomparable team. Here, you take out the trash despite 20 years of experience and you have your say on projects from your first day. Taking ourselves too seriously, we leave that to others who take themselves for others. Interested?

Join the team
Colin Laramée-Plouffe

Colin Laramée-Plouffe

Colin has been president of one thing or another since he was 11. From his lemonade stand to his teams of technicians to his side of the table at Christmas parties, he likes being president. Period. That drive is probably what gave him the confidence to build a small team (of which he’s president) and quintuple his sales in just two years.

Copresident / Associate
Alex Van Dieren

Alex Van Dieren

Alex is a master of straight talk. In fact, if you don’t like hearing the truth, you may not take to Alex. On the other hand, that’s probably the quality that explains why, every year, dozens of companies rely on him to develop their campaigns and plan their events. It’s easy to see Alex has a good head on his shoulders—it positively gleams!

Copresident / Associate
Frédérique Dumont

Frédérique Dumont

When Frédérique takes on a project, the first step is to ensure that everyone is up to the standard of her organizational skills and sense of priorities. She’s the kind of woman who, in just a couple of weeks, will know more about you than you do yourself. She manages our video production, and from near or far, pretty much anything that can be managed. And for that we are deeply grateful.

Video Department Director / Associate
Sacha Lauzier-Bonnette

Sacha Lauzier-Bonnette

Hold onto your hat: Sacha belongs to that rare class of young professionals who know what they’re talking about. Up to date on just about everything, he finds time to devour a book a day to get a solid grounding in the concepts he presents to agency clients. Unlike some who are content with creating beautiful things, Sacha creates beautiful things that are also precise, strategic and functional. Your mission when it comes to Sacha: Be on top of things in your field, because he certainly will be in his.

Creative Director / Associate
Justine Penaud

Justine Penaud

It seems that every self-respecting agency has someone from France on their team. Not to boast or anything, but we snagged the best. Justine is a super marathoner, and she applies the same discipline and dedication to every project she manages. Don’t be fooled by her cute little accent. She has a real French personality, and that’s good for all our clients, because nothing goes out until Madame is happy with it. And Madame has very high standards.

Director, Client Services
Christine Lajoie

Christine Lajoie

She’s our multitasking queen. Imagine for a second that the client-agency relationship is a long flight. Christine plays the role of the pilot, the flight attendant and the engines on each side. Not only will she make sure your beverage is at perfect temperature, she’ll also avoid any zone of turbulence thanks to her flawless tact. Be warned: she loves mixing up expressions.

Director, Business Development
Rémi Allen

Rémi Allen

Illustrator of Darkness

At first glance, he looks like the kind of biker who’d run over a litter of kittens without a backward glance, but deep down, he’s our sensitive artist. He just rides a Harley. Illustration, design, screen printing—the guy can handle just about anything. What’s important is talent and vision, never mind the tool you’re using. A family really suits you, Rémi.

Artistic Director
Jonathan Crevier

Jonathan Crevier

He’s the creative padre in our office. You see Rémi over there? Jo was changing his diapers when he started. His brain works like an artist and an engineer; there’s probably only MacGyver to understand how he thinks. Moreover, his daughter’s still not convinced that it’s for her he buys so much Lego.

Artistic Director
David Julien

David Julien

David is a quiet force at Orkestra. From within a loud and talkative team, he rises above the fray like a shining knight and hits the mark every time, especially in his innovative concepts for corporate branding. Actually, it’s almost as if your handyman uncle and your artist cousin were one and the same person.

Lead Branding Designer
Camille Landry

Camille Landry

Winner of the 2018 Camp, Camille stands out for her contagious energy. She never needs coffee, does as much sport as an Olympian and delivers quality creations in industrial quantity. You just have to bring her back to Earth a few times, but for a creative, it's far from being a defect.

Lead Experiential Designer
Sarah-Jeanne Turgeon

Sarah-Jeanne Turgeon

You can find Sarah-Jeanne in one of three places: a dancefloor, a cultural outing or a Crossfit gym. An old soul on weekdays and a party animal on the weekend, this branding pro never half-assed anything ... except when assembling IKEA furniture.

Artistic Director
Walid Jabri

Walid Jabri

Walid is a one-man film crew. At the age of 12, he played all the roles in his first productions. You may think that's cute, but we prefer to think it’s made him who he is today,  because videographers who manage both editing and scripting are like that one hundred dollar bill you found in the pocket of an old coat.. You don't have to tell Walid what to do: he finds the solution to situations before you even see them coming. Sometimes it's even scary.

Videographer
Gaëlle Goulet-Bourdon

Gaëlle Goulet-Bourdon

You might want to take notes. When Gaëlle applied for a job with us, there was no vacancy. She just thought she would make a good fit. So we called her and ended up creating a job for her. A kind of hybrid between video and events. What we needed was someone who could remember, literally, everything. Your grandparents’ names, the ingredients of a pound cake, the capital of Myanmar - her memory knows no bounds. And when you're juggling a series of projects at the same time, she's a serious asset to have in your team.

Video production coordinator
Andréane Leblanc

Andréane Leblanc

Once in a while, if you’re lucky, you run into a person with talent beyond their years. Andréane is in that prestigious category. You know how it is when you meet someone, and five minutes later you already trust them enough to lend them your cottage? Well, that’s why we’re confident about putting you in her hands.

Marketing Director
Emilie Séguin

Emilie Séguin

THE ultimate event girl. She practically played every possible role in one, and she’s not even thirty yet. Her neighbours still aren’t convinced that she’s not an AirBnB renter, as she’s rarely home. Where there’s fun, she’ll be there. That’s precisely why she’s perfect for her job.

Experiential Department Director
Natalie Ann Garneau

Natalie Ann Garneau

Natalie Ann is the Cartesian of the gang; a real pro at targeting inconsistencies. It is said that her brain solves problems even when she’s fast asleep. Leave her in a quiet spot and she’ll decipher the Enigma code in less than a day. There’s a reason she’s called "ISO": nothing, absolutely nothing escapes her eagle vision.

Production Manager
Chantal Pagé

Chantal Pagé

You have to get up early to put one over on Chantale. Amidst our motley crew, she’s a solid and reassuring quasi-maternal presence. She ensures that everything is done according to the rules of our art. Yes, art … because we’re absolutely convinced that her Excel spreadsheets will end up in a museum one day.

Financial Director
Jessica Courcy

Jessica Courcy

Jess is pretty hard to beat when it comes to being orderly. She’s the one who puts things “in the right place”. Legend has it that she coined the phrase. It’s also believe that she invented cheerfulness and contagious laughter. When it’s time to make sure deliverables are perfect and on time, she only needs to stop smiling to be understood.

Account manager
Amina Diallo-Lebreton

Amina Diallo-Lebreton

We recently figured out that Amina must be leading a double life. Did you know she worked at both the Montreal mayor's office and at the SQDC before she joined our team, that her favourite spiritual website is called vivreintuitif.fr or that she exclusively listens to reality shows and everything related to serial killers? We didn't know either. And we love it.

Social Media Manager
Mario Chatelain-Saumure

Mario Chatelain-Saumure

Mario is an accountant who doesn't fit the profile of his profession at all. His passions are not turtlenecks, numbers and tidying up. He's more into wearing flip flops and never wearing a tie. Mario is especially fond of sports involving balls: he hits them on the green, throws them at the plate and bounces them on mini trampolines. If Bros always saves the princess, Mario solves any problem he comes across, even if it's your teen's science assignment.
