The mission of the Comité d'identité régionale de l'Outaouais (CIRO) was to develop and promote a distinct regional identity, aimed at strengthening the attractiveness, influence and competitiveness of the Outaouais region. Basing our work on consultations conducted in 2022, we responded to the mandate by developing the Outaouais' very first brand identity. The team worked for over a year to create and deploy an identity that is versatile, accessible and coherent with the rich ecosystem already in place.
