Project description

The largest shopping centre in the region, managed by Oxford Properties, has been one of our clients since 2014. We must have learned a thing or two about working with major retailers.

Les Promenades Gatineau is like a small city with merchants who each have their specialty. Since 2014, we’ve been helping the leaders of this city to promote it, but also to manage various events and activities: entertainment in the main spaces, new store openings, parking lot structures, putting up Christmas decorations, various announcements, special events, etc.

Fashion Today (2016-2017)

It all started with a complete renewal. Our first mandate with Promenades Gatineau was to review their brand image from A to Z. So we could think of ourselves as models for a few days.

How can we attract people to our shopping centre, in the midst of the Ottawa 2017 festivities, knowing full well that the majority of tourists are likely to leave in the coming days? By giving them 7 days to take advantage of an offer they can't refuse.

Stunt for the Homesense/Marshalls Opening (2018)

When flagship stores arrive at Promenades Gatineau, it is highlighted. And not just any way. While the centre's team was carrying out a comprehensive communication campaign, Orkestra thought it was a good idea to inflate a bubble in the centre by offering a simple challenge to passers-by: guess the value of everything in the bubble. The sum of the items (found at Homesense and Marshalls of course) would allow one or more lucky ones to win gift cards. This is what it looked like.

At Promenades Gatineau, Santa Claus does not spend the holidays sitting on his throne. No, ma'am. He comes every year with a different idea to meet the people of the region. And obviously, it's very much appreciated.
